The DNSSEC Road Show is a four-day programme on securing Uganda’s corner of the internet with DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC). It’s aimed at registrars, ISPs, hosting providers, IT teams and developers who manage domains and DNS.
What we’ll cover
- How DNS spoofing and cache poisoning work, and how DNSSEC stops them
- Signing a zone: keys (KSK and ZSK), DS records and the chain of trust
- Enabling DNSSEC for .ug domains with your registrar and hosting panel
- Validating resolvers, monitoring and key rollovers
- Hands-on troubleshooting of common DNSSEC failures
